Before you ask
FAQ
The questions we hear most — sizing, returns and how your order arrives. Anything else, contact us direct.
How do I find my size?
Every product page lists its own measurements and size options — check there before you order. If you're between sizes or unsure, email or call us and we'll help you pick.
Can I return or exchange an item?
No. For hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges. Check the measurements on the product page carefully, and ask us anything before you buy.
How is my order shipped?
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging — no business name or product details on the label. We ship worldwide from Melbourne, Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination and supplier. Australian orders usually arrive faster than international ones. If you need a piece by a certain date, contact us before ordering.
Who am I buying from?
You're buying from Sketchyx, run out of Naarm / Melbourne. We work with trusted suppliers who ship directly to you — see our Suppliers page for how that works.
Is the site 18+ only?
Yes. Sketchyx sells adult fetish gear and is strictly for customers aged 18 and over.
